SMS Program

Optimized Senior Living (operated by Prospera Senior Care) offers a text message program for families who ask about pricing, request information, or schedule a visit at one of our homes. When you provide your phone number on our website and agree to receive texts, we may send you your visit confirmation and reminders, follow-up messages about your inquiry or pricing request, and replies to questions you send us. Messages may be sent using automated technology. You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to text messages from us. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving care or services.

 

By selecting this option, I consent to receive communications, including text messages, from Optimized Senior Living Group, Inc. and its parent company, Prospera Senior Care LLC (together, “Optimized Senior Living”). This consent covers all forms of communication from the organization, whether they be informational, promotional, or related to my services and interactions with the facility. I understand that these communications may be made using an automated technology system and that my consent is not a condition of any purchase or receipt of services. I am aware that message and data rates may apply, and I can withdraw my consent at any time by notifying the organization directly.

 

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

 

As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. Typically you will receive one message confirming your visit, up to two reminders before it, and occasional follow-up messages about your inquiry. Governing Law – These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms – We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.
