This is a home which has an operating door! By that I mean, residents can come and go as they please – brunch with girlfriends, cinema with others, or shopping during the sales.

Residential assisted living is senior care provided in a small, home-like setting rather than a large institutional facility. At Optimized Senior Living, each of our five Ohio homes accommodates a small number of residents with personalized care plans, home-cooked meals, and 24/7 support from qualified caregivers and STNAs. It is designed for seniors who need help with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and medication management, but want to maintain their independence and dignity in a warm, family-style environment.
How much does assisted living cost in Ohio?
The cost of assisted living in Ohio varies depending on the level of care and the community. At Optimized Senior Living, we offer all-inclusive monthly pricing with no hidden fees or surprise increases. Your monthly rate covers everything — care, meals, medication management, massages, haircuts, activities, and more. Your rate will not increase regardless of how your loved one's needs change over time. We also partner with ElderLife Financial and AidandAttendance.com to help families explore all available payment options.
 
What is the difference between assisted living and a nursing home?
Assisted living helps seniors with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and medication management in a home-like setting. Nursing homes provide more intensive, round-the-clock medical care for those with serious health conditions. At Optimized Senior Living, our small residential homes offer personalized assisted living care with a low caregiver-to-resident ratio and a maximum of 16 residents per home, so your loved one gets individual attention without the institutional feel of a large facility.
 
Can my loved one age in place at Optimized Senior Living?

Yes. Our care plans are designed to adapt as your loved one's needs change over time. Whether they need light assistance today or more comprehensive support in the future, they can remain in the same home surrounded by familiar caregivers and residents they know. We also offer memory care services for residents who develop Alzheimer's or dementia, so there is no need to move to a different community.
