Share our homes with a parent, friend, or neighbor who could benefit from assisted living, memory care, or respite.

When they reach out or move in, they simply let us know you sent them. That’s all we need.

We send your $1,000

60 days after they move in, we mail you a $1,000 thank-you check. It’s that easy.

Who can I refer?
Anyone you genuinely care about who could benefit from our homes — a parent, family member, friend, neighbor, or someone from your church or community. This is a word-of-mouth thank-you between people who know and trust us.
How much will I receive, and when?
Community members receive a $1,000 check, and current OSL families receive a $1,500 credit on their next invoice. We send it 60 days after the person you referred moves in.
Do I have to fill out a form?

What kind of care qualifies?
Move-ins for assisted living, memory care, or respite stays at any of our five homes qualify for the thank-you.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
None at all. Refer as many friends and loved ones as you’d like — each qualifying move-in earns a separate thank-you.
Who isn’t eligible?
This is a personal, word-of-mouth thank-you. It is not available to paid senior-care providers, placement agencies, hospice or home-health agencies, or other healthcare referral sources. If you have a question about eligibility, just give us a call.
